Hello fellow Lego enthusiasts and welcome to ROCKS-SHOP-7.
We aim to post orders the next working day after cleared payment. All items are posted using Royal mail and packed in padded envelopes or new boxes.
We offer both 1st and 2nd class postage. Signed for and insured. Please choose your prefered method at checkout.

Condition:
All new parts in our store have come directly from sealed sets and are only handled for sorting and storing.
All used Lego has been carefully checked and any marks or scratches beyond general wear and tear have been noted. Anything we sell on BrickOwl is something we would be happy to receive ourselves. That being said, if you are not happy with your order please contact us thorugh BrickOwl and we will do our best to put it right.
Payment:
We have a minimum order of £1.
Paypal is the only form of payment we are currently accepting.
IF NO PAYMENT IS RECEIVED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF THE INVOICE BEING SENT WE WILL COMPLETE THE NON PAYING BUYER PROCESS. NOT BEFORE TRYING TO CONTACT YOU BUT PLEASE DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER IF YOU DO NOT INTEND TO BUY.
Any orders cancelled after order has been processed will incur a 50% restocking fee of the final value of the sale. This is to cover our time to add the parts back to inventory.
Minifigures:
All new minifigures will come unassembled and all used minifigures will come assembled.
Missing/Damaged Pieces:
When picking an order, if there is a missing piece from our inventory or we notice a damaged part we will refund the the cost of the item back to you.
Returns:
Due to the nature of the items being sold, we're not accepting any returns unless we made a huge mistake with the order. In this case we will pay the return postage.
